Exercise in the Air
  • If travelling in a plane for more than 3 hours, get up from your seat every hour & walk for 2 - 3 minutes to prevent blood pooling in your lower body. 
  • In addition drink water, stand up & stretch the muscles of your arms, back & legs. 
  • Do ankle rotation ten times each way every hour. 
  • Add neck rotation, wrist rotation & waist rotation for a complete work out.
